Wentworth Shire Council - Testimonial

Project Experience: 
Saunders Design have been partners with Wentworth Shire Council through what we would call a complete rebranding project. From inception through to signage for our new visitor centre, uniform branding and website design and maintenance, Saunders Design team have been incredibly engaging to guide Council to a brand that is now recognised at a local level and within our wider network of NSW Local Government and tourism industry.

Quality of Work: 
Saunders Design team come with an attention to detail that has to be seen to be believed. The finite detail from font detail to colours to determine our identity was a process within itself. The execution of the whole project leaves a lasting legacy which will withstand the test of time. This rates very highly on the customer satisfaction scale.

Customer Service: 
This project extended through several stages from preliminary concept of the brand, style guide, website development and coordination of signage for the new Visitors Centre. As can be seen this staged approach relied heavily on consultation and communication with many and varied stakeholders. The Saunders Design team where engaging in their approach and responsive to the feedback provided.

Results: 
This project has defined Council as an identity of a recognised corporate business, presented with professionalism. The Visitor Centre promotes a place of destination recognisable throughout the tourist industry.  This was the desired result from the inception meeting held with Mr Brett Saunders and the results are being seen with our well executed uniform being recognised in conferences attended and improved visitation into the Visitors Centre.

Recommendation: 
When a customer is very satisfied with the end result it is easy for that customer to recommend to others that Saunders Design be utilised in the future. This is the case. Wentworth Shire Council has been transformed from a basic rural council identity  into a recognisable corporate business in conjunction with a place of destination. All that is due to the team at Saunders Design being passionate and committed to the task. Great attributes to have when embarking on a project such as ours. Wentworth Shire Council is a very satisfied customer thanks to the efforts of Saunders Design team.
